Andrew Juge of the Saints Nation stops by to explain why the Saints salary cap situation isn't as good as you might think. The guys try to figure out if they could grant one Saints defender a career year who would it be? They also guess who will be this year's winner of the Jason David Player who Saints fans blame for everything that goes wrong award. They also try to guess who will be the head coach for the season opener. Andrew and Ralph wonder if they will be able to tolerate announcers talking bounties EVERY SINGLE SUNDAY. Andrew will use relaxation techniques while Ralph thinks Jack Daniels might be simpler.

The Fearless leader Dave called for an emergency late night podcast after Drew Brees signed. The boys discuss if Brees or the Saints won the contract negotiation. Could Drew run for President? How many Jimmy John sandwiches does 40 million buy? What horrible joke did Ralph play on his Mom? Ralph asks God to please have the Falcons talk Bounty trash the week of the Saints game. Kevin tries to figure out if winning a Super Bowl without Sean Payton is a huge motivator for Brees. Dave explains why Brees' agent not wanting to work on Saturday probably got the deal done. And Kevin guesses how many times Al Michaels will say the word bounty during the Hall of Fame Game. Is 6000 million billion a real number?
Andrew Juge of The Saints Nation stops by and he and Ralph declare this podcast bounty free. They get the federally mandated 'Drew Brees Contract' segment over quickly then discuss actual football. Ralph thinks the defensive line is the key to the defense. Andrew agrees and says if Ralph's scenario for Akiem Hicks comes true the Saints will be the home team next February in the Super Bowl. Andrew reviews his interview with Johnny Patrick and thinks Patrick will be a solid #3 corner. Ralph explains why Jimmy Graham is the second most valuable Saint. Andrew agrees but then destroys Ralph's theory of Jimmy Graham not having as good a 2012 as he did 2011. Then the boys discuss their favorite bands and explain why being able to play the guitar is guaranteed to get a teenage boy laid.
Dave explains how the disappearing Drew Brees on the Chronic might be down to a birth mark in about 10 days. Kevin wonders if the NFL's Bounty Case can get any messier (Yes. Yes it can.) Dave wonders what the hell is holding up the deal and the guys give you signs to look for that a deal will not get done and how to prepare accordingly. (Drink heavily.) The boys also guess if Drew Brees will break his own signing on Twitter or will an actual media member break the news? Will 2012 be the worst year of Sean Payton's life? Since Brees, Jimmy Graham, and Darren Sproles all had historic seasons last year who is most likely to regress in 2012? Plus, Dave gets called away for emergency daddy duty.
